At a time when progress on human rights due diligence and corporate transparency is being challenged across Europe and North America, the session will explore where apparel companies are making progress, where gaps remain, and where performance is slipping. It will also examine how investors are adapting their engagement strategies and what role they can play in supporting efforts to tackle forced labour as labour protections face increasing pressure globally.
