Christopher David LaRoche is a researcher who works on nuclear weapons policy, AI, and international security. His writing has appeared in Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, War on the Rocks, and Lawfare. He holds teaching appointments at Central European University and Bard College NYC, and was a Stanton nuclear security fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in 2025/2026.
