Hadley is the founder of Cassowary Research Services, where she conducts policy and due diligence research on AI development, semiconductor supply chains, and US-China-Taiwan risk. A Fulbright Scholar to Taiwan embedded at National Tsing Hua University, she examines how industrial policy incentives shape semiconductor firms’ responses to export controls. At Cambridge, she developed proposals for turning AI security standards into government procurement and oversight requirements. Her analyses have appeared in East Asia Forum, The Diplomat, Responsible Statecraft, and Inkstick Media. A former AI product strategy leader, she brings direct industry experience to her research on how financial and policy pressures affect advanced AI.
