    Katie Carter joined the office of Faith-Based Investing & Shareholder Engagement with Presbyterian Life & Witness in 2017 and has served as the Director since 2023. She serves on several investor working groups, including the leadership team of the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility climate lobbying working group. Prior to joining the Presbyterian Church, (U.S.A.), Katie worked in public policy advocacy at National Safe Place Network and Kentucky Youth Advocates. She holds a Masters of Public Affairs from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs and undergraduate degree in English and Politics from Earlham College.
