Tenzing Tashishar, CFA is an Associate Director of Research at NorthStar Asset Management. She began her career as a Shareholder Activism and Research Associate, supporting NorthStar's proxy voting decisions and shareholder engagement. She has deepened her focus on fundamental, company-level research as an Investment Research Analyst, evaluating companies across sectors. She collaborates with the Engagement team to identify and prioritize companies where company engagements on SRI issues can have the greatest impact. Tenzing also partners with the firm's P.M. on portfolio construction and security selection. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Mount Holyoke College and is a CFA charterholder.
