Beth Young is a lawyer who advises investors on shareholder initiatives, proxy voting, public policy, and corporate governance. Her clients include religious investors, public and labor pension funds, foundations, asset managers, and NGOs. She has taught Corporations at Fordham Law School and co-taught a seminar on shareholder activism at Harvard Law School.
