Public Policy Challenges facing Responsible Investment

This session will provide an overview of policy challenges at the federal and state level to shareholder rights and responsible investment, including rule changes and state laws that threaten to dial back the ability of investors to file shareholder proposals, reduce critical corporate transparency and disclosures, and impede the ability of investors to invest according to their principles, values, and faiths.  The session will also highlight steps that ICCR and allies are taking to push back.
