María Pia Garavaglia is an economist specialising in the digital economy, with an emphasis on labour market conditions, inequalities and public policy. She works as a consultant for ICCR and is a PhD candidate in Economics under a co-tutelle programme between the University of Buenos Aires and the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle and holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). She is the Principal Investigator at the Fairwork Argentina initiative from the Oxford Internet Institute (OII) and a Research Fellow at the Centre for Research in Public Administration (CIAP) at the University of Buenos Aires. She has worked on research projects with organisations such as OAS, IDB-Lab and ILO.
