About this session
This session will bridge ICCR members’ growing interest in AI, technology, and labor with our new initiative, the Global Platform Workers Solidarity Project (GPWSP). The session will introduce members to the GPWSP and highlight how working people in the platform economy are building worker solidarity across sectors, discuss the newly adopted ILO Convention on Decent Work in the Platform Economy (C193), and explore what these developments mean for investors and companies. We will invite interested members to engage more deeply through a dedicated sub-working group focused on platform work, AI, and labor rights, creating a community of investors committed to advancing worker rights in the age of AI.
